We ship your orders with USPS, EMS or Aramex.

Aramex -   the Aramex Delivery Unlimited, for the EMS can't arrive to Italy and Netherlands, we ship with Aramex to shipping Italy and Netherlands. Learn More Aramex. Click Here.

Note: We don't restrict the minimum quantity at our site, so you can order just only one hat to verify the qualigy and our service. But ship to Netherlands and Italy via Aramex, the shipping cost much than other countries, so we ask the minimum quantity is 3 hats. Hope you can understand. Have a wonderful shopping!

 

2. What is the Shipping cost? 

Shipping charges depend on the destination and the total weight of the order. But here whatever how many items you order, we charge you 17-18 USD shipping cost online. That is the preferential policy to our customers. For Example:
You order a hat, the cost is one hat's  price $16.50  + shipping cost $17.00, total $33.50
You order two hats, the cost is two hats' price $16.50*2 + shipping cost $17.00, total $ 50.00
You order three hats, the cost is two hats' price $16.50*3 + shipping cost $17.00, total $ 66.50
Therefore, order two hats or three hats is much cheaper than order only one hat. Order two or three hats is a good chooice for you. Let's enjoy it.
 
 
3. How long I will receive the order?
We will ship out your order in 24 hours after we receive your payment. It usually takes 6-13 business to arrive your hourse.
 
 
4. How can the customer track the order? 
 We will email you with an tracking number after the dispatch to assist in tracking your items to you'll never be in the dark about the status of your order. You can track them on the partners' website:

5. What if my order is lost in transit? 
 We are responsible for the loss of your goods in transit. So don't worry about this.
 
 
6. Does the customer need to be home to sign for the delivery of the goods? 
 We advise that either you or someone you can sign for you be available for delivery.
 
 
7.What if I wish to cancel my order? 
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact with our Customer Service Departemnt within 12 hours after you finish your payment. If you don't ask our Customer Service to cancel your order in 12 hours, we are sorry that your order has been shipped. We can't agree your cancle.

Delivery Process

 

Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just plain confusing for others. If you have ever purchased anything online from a website that did not have a clear and simple delivery process, then you probably know the frustrations. Here we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel. Below is the three exact steps for step process. Staff takes when processing your order.

Processing - Charged - Shipped

Processing -Once you have made a payment with your credit card, your order is placed in Pending Status. Our support staff will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by our support staff your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the package for the shipment. This process takes one business day.

Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped", this will only take 6-12 hours.

Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number via email(so please type your right email address when you place the order). If you are located in the United States you can track your package at USPS. If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country's national carrier. It usually takes 5 to 12 business days to arrive, but highly depends on the courier. You can track your package at EMS. The customers of Netherlands and Italy, you can track your package at Aramex.

 
Other Possible Statuses:

Canceled - If you want to cancel your order, please email us in 12 hour after your finishing the order. Or we can't accept the responsibility of your order has been shipped. Hope you can understand us.

Refunded- If your order is out of stock or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will email you the status of your order and issue a full refund.
